一种新型超宽带高效类同轴功分器设计

    A Design of Novel Ultra-wideband High-efficiency Quasi-coaxial Power Divider

    • 摘要: 文中设计了一种以矩形同轴传输线为基础的新型超宽带类同轴一分六功分器,仿真设计结果在6 GHz~18 GHz,输入输出端口的回波损耗均小于-23 dB,频带内信号插损小于0.61 dB,输出端口间相位不平衡度±5°。文中对矩形同轴线的特性阻抗和损耗进行了理论分析,并且介绍了新型类同轴结构的制作方法。在实物测试中,采用背靠背测试,损耗小于1.08 dB,结果表明相比于传统的微带线功分器,新型类同轴功分器合成插损减小50%,有效降低传输损耗,提升合成效率。

       

      Abstract: It is designed that novel ultra-wideband quasi-coaxial one point six power divider according to RCL in this paper, the design and simulation results are that the return loss of input and output ports is less than -23 dB, the signal insertion loss in frequency band is less than 0.61 dB, the phase unbalance between output ports is ±5°at 6 GHz~18 GHz. The theory of RCL′s characteristic impedance and loss are analyzed in the paper, and the manufacturing method of novel quasi-coaxial structure is introduced. In the measurement process, back-to-back test is adopted, the loss is less than 1.08 dB, and measured results show that comparing to the traditional microstrip line power divider′s, combining insertion loss of novel quasi-coaxial power divider is reduced by 50%.
