    A Ka-band Satellite Highly Integrated Transceiver Module Based on HTCC Module

    • 摘要: 本文设计实现了一种基于高温共烧陶瓷(HTCC)集成封装的星用Ka频段收发组件,以HTCC模块为核心,内部集成低噪声放大器、功率放大器、混频器等芯片,结构采用金属盖板、隔墙和绝缘子穿墙设计等混合方式,有效提升了组件电磁兼容性能,还优化了大功率散热性能。组件饱和输出功率大于2 W,接收通道增益大于80 dB,具备变频、放大、数控、调制供电等功能,体积仅为115 mm×107 mm×20 mm(高度不包含双工器),质量仅为300 g(不包含双工器),相较传统星用收发组件体积减小1/2,已应用到星载任务中。

       

      Abstract: A Ka band satellite-borne transceiver module based on high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) integrated packaging is presented.The low noise amplifier, power amplifier, mixer are integrated within the HTCC module which functions as the core of this design. Metal cover plate, partition wall, and insulator are adopted in order to improve electromagnetic compatibility performance effectively. The high-power heat dissipation performance is also promoted. The saturated output power of the module is greater than 2 W. Over 80 dB of gain is realized for receiving channel, in which frequency conversion, amplification, numerical control and modulation power supply are also integrated. The volume is only 115 mm×107 mm×20 mm (height excluding duplexers) and the weighing is only 300 g (excluding duplexers), which is 1/2 smaller than traditional satellite transceiver modules. It has been applied in satellite missions.
