基于复合基板的高集成超宽带变频组件设计

    Design of Highly Integrated UWB Frequency-conversion Module Based on Composite Substrates

    • 摘要: 针对电子侦查系统对高集成超宽带变频前端的迫切需求,文中将毫米波二次变频方案与基于复合基板的一体化集成技术相结合,通过系统链路仿真、关键指标设计以及宽带互联结构仿真优化等方法,在57 mm×45 mm×12 mm的尺寸内成功实现了一款小型化超宽带变频组件。测试证明该组件直放通道接收增益优于45 dB,平坦度优于4 dB,变频通道接收增益优于46 dB,平坦度优于5 dB,电气指标满足设计要求,并具有高集成、小型化、通用化的特点,具有较高的工程应用价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the demand of electronic reconnaissance system for highly integrated ultra-wideband frequency conversion front-end, a design of ultra-wideband frequency conversion module based on millimeter wave frequency conversion technology and microwave composite substrates technology is introduced. Through system link simulation, key indicator design and optimization of interconnection structure, the module achieved in a size of 57 mm×45 mm×12 mm. The measured results show the receive gain of direct amplification channel is better than 45 dB, the flatness is better than 4 dB, the receive gain of frequency conversion channel is better than 46 dB, the flatness is better than 5 dB. The module meets all the specifications, which has many advantages such as high integration, miniaturization and generalization. It has high engineering application value.
