小型化X波段六倍频源设计和实现

    Design of the Miniaturized X-band Sextuple Frequency Source

    • 摘要: 直接合成频率源在雷达接收机中具有广泛应用,但由于其体积较大、成本较高,已无法适应雷达系统小型化、多功能的发展需求。文中采用系统级封装技术,研制了小型化X波段倍频源,该系统尺寸仅有21 mm×16 mm×3 mm,可实现从输入1 GHz~2 GHz到输出6 GHz~12 GHz的倍频变换。测试结果表明,输出信号功率约为0 dBm,杂散与主要输出信号的频率间隔大于2 GHz,单个系统的杂散抑制度可达到60 dBc。

       

      Abstract: The direct synthetic frequency source is widely used in the radar receiver, but its large size and high cost cannot meet the requirements of the miniaturization and multifunction of the radar system. A miniaturized X-band sextuple frequency source is designed in this paper utilizing the system-in-package technique. The dimension of the system is only 21 mm×16 mm×3 mm, and the multiple frequency transform from 1 GHz~2 GHz to 6 GHz~12 GHz can be achieved by this system. Measurement result shows that the power of the output signal is about 0 dBm, and spurious signal is 2 GHz far away from the main signal, while the spurious suppression is larger than 60 dBc.
