一种新型X频段双工器设计

    The Design of A Novel X-band Diplexer

    • 摘要: 文中提出了一种用于X频段天线系统的高性能波导双工器。双工器覆盖7.25 GHz~7.75 GHz的接收频段和7.9 GHz~8.4 GHz的发射频段。双工器由两个滤波器和一个T形接头组成。滤波器采用多模谐振腔设计,并利用模式匹配法进行优化设计,使得滤波器能够在较近的收发频带比内实现较高的隔离度。该双工器具有制作简单、插入损耗小、功耗高等特点。双工器的测试结果表明,该双工器工作在7.25 GHz~7.75 GHz(接收频段)和7.9 GHz~8.4 GHz(发射频段)工作频带内,双工器发射和接收端口之间的隔离度均优于85 dB。在工作频带内,双工器的实测回波损耗小于-20 dB,双工器的插入损耗小于0.47 dB。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a high-performance waveguide diplexer for X-band antenna system is proposed. The diplexer covers Rx-band with 7.25 GHz~7.75 GHz and Tx-band with 7.9 GHz~8.4 GHz. The diplexer is composed of two filters and a T-junction. The filters are designed by multi-mode resonators while the Mode Matching Method is used in the design of the diplexer. The easy fabrication, less insertion loss and higher power capability are realized in the proposed diplexer. High isolation between Tx and Rx ports of the diplexer is achieved in small frequency bandgap. The diplexer is fabricated and measured, the measured results show that the diplexer works in the Rx(7.25 GHz~7.75 GHz) and Tx(7.9 GHz~8.4 GHz) bands. The isolation between the transmitting and receiving ports is better than 85 dB in both Tx-band and Rx-band. Moreover, the measured return loss of the filter is less than -20 dB for each band. The insertion loss of the proposed diplexer is less than 0.47 dB.
