基于静区相位测量校准紧缩场的误差补偿方法研究

    A Study on Error Compensation Method Based on Calibrated Tight Field of Quiet Zone Phase Measurement

    • 摘要: 研究了基于高频天线紧缩场测试中出现的相位测量波动大的问题,通过电磁波在空间中传播的基本原理,分析出高频情况下相位测量波动大的原因,并结合紧缩场中静区尺寸推导出了相位差与接收天线角度的位置公式。结合位置公式选用了合适精度的电机,解决了传统方法在机械角度上无法解决的误差问题,完成了对接收天线电气意义上的直接相位差测量。与传统方法进行对比试验证明可知,调整前后的相位测量结果变化明显,测得最大的相位差从17.4°降低到了4.78°,相比传统方法引入了更少的额外误差,能更好地得到紧缩场中真实的相位情况。

       

      Abstract: The problem of large fluctuation of phase measurement in the tight field test of high frequency antenna is studied, and the reason of large fluctuation of phase measurement in high frequency case is analyzed through the basic principle of electromagnetic wave propagation in space. The position formula of the phase difference and the angle of the receiving antenna is derived combined with the size of the static area in the tight field. After that, the motor with suitable precision is selected in combination with the position formula to solve the error problem that cannot be solved in the mechanical angle, and the phase difference error compensation of the receiving antenna in the electrical sense is completed. Finally, a comparison test with the traditional method proves that the phase measurements before and after the adjustment change significantly, and the maximum phase difference measured is reduced from 17.4° to 4.78°, which shows that fewer additional errors are introduced that in the traditional method, and the real phase situation in the tight field can be better obtained.
