一款小型化高效低功率整流电路的设计

    Design of a Miniaturized Low-power Rectifying Circuit with High-efficiency

    • 摘要: 为了满足设备小型化的需求,本文提出了一款频率为433 MHz的小型化低功率高效整流电路。通过对整流电路进行分析,发现输入低通滤波器对于整流效率影响很小,可以移除;而采用集总元件设计的输出低通滤波器替换传统的1/4波长传输线滤波器,可以大幅降低输出滤波器的尺寸。基于此,本文设计了一款小型化整流电路,实验结果显示:当输入功率为0 dBm时,整流效率达到了71%;且在输入功率为-6 dBm~9 dBm范围内,整流效率均高于50%。

       

      Abstract: A miniaturized low-power high-efficiency rectifying circuit operating at 433 MHz is proposed to meet the demand for equipment miniaturization.Through analysis of the rectifying circuit, it is found that the input low-pass filter has little impact on the RF-DC efficiency and can be removed.Replacing the traditional 1/4 wavelength transmission line filter with an output low-pass filter designed using lumped components can greatly reduce the size of the output filter. Based on the above analysis, a miniaturized rectifying circuit is designed. Experimental results show that the RF-DC efficiency reaches 71% at an input power of 0 dBm, and remains above 50% in the input power range from -6 dBm to 9 dBm.
