沥青路面热再生半谐振腔式微波移动加热效果研究

    A Study on the Effect of Heat Regeneration Semi-resonant Cavity Microwave Moving Heating on Asphalt Pavement

    • 摘要: 为了探究微波就地加热机半谐振腔式微波移动加热效果,文中通过仿真对半谐振腔式微波加热方式与辐射场型微波加热方式的加热效果进行对比研究,并分析了半谐振腔腔体结构尺寸对微波移动加热效果的影响。研究结果表明半谐振腔式微波移动加热方式在加热效率和加热均匀性等方面有一定优势,且改变半谐振腔体结构中的横向间距会影响到沥青混合料的加热均匀性和加热速率,可以为微波就地加热机进行热再生产品设计提供技术依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the microwave mobile heating effect of the semi-resonant cavity type of microwave heating machine, the heating effect of the semi-resonant cavity type microwave heating method and the radiation field type microwave heating method is compared by simulation, and the influence of the structure size of the semi-resonant cavity on the microwave mobile heating effect is analyzed. The results show that the semi-resonant cavity microwave mobile heating method has certain advantages in heating efficiency and heating uniformity, and changing the transverse spacing in the semi-resonant cavity structure will affect the heating uniformity and heating rate of asphalt mixture, which can provide technical basis for the design of heat regeneration products in microwave heating machine.
