收发组件射频电路雷电防护研究

    Research on the Lighting Protection of RF Circuit in TR Module

    • 摘要: 文中对收发组件工作过程中可能遭遇的雷电现象和电磁感应波形进行分析。基于组件在雷电放电时所处的系统链路位置和自身不同种类的接口,提出一种用于评估射频电路的雷电防护标准,与传统试验方法相结合,形成理论设计到试验验证的完整雷电研究方法。这是基于航空设备环境条件和试验方法,考虑到不同程度雷电放电危害和具体雷电波形,从电压损毁和功率烧毁两方面给出的收发组件元器件雷电防护标准。此外还研究了这种标准在衡量组件外接雷电防护器状态下的端口残余电流或电压评估方法。最后基于滤波特性,给出了一种从雷电波形模型到滤波电路响应,最后到射频电路的完整雷电防护设计方法。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzed the working TR module in lightning phenomenon and the thunder waveform. Combining its global position in system and port type in lighting environment, a new criterion for evaluating the lighting protection of RF circuit was proposed. Based on the environmental conditions and test procedures for airborne equipment, criterion for lighting protection in TR module design was established by combining voltage withstand and power capacitance performance, considering different level of lighting stroke. Moreover, this criterion is also researched for evaluating the received voltage and current value after a lighting protector in TR module. Finally, on basis of the filter characteristic, this paper provided an integral lighting preventer design method, which started form the thunder waveform to filter circuit response, then to the whole RF circuit design.
