宽带低成本集成本振变频组件的设计

    Design of Broadband Low-cost Integrated Local Oscillator Frequency Conversion Module

    • 摘要: 对于宽带射频系统,模块的集成度决定了模块的体积大小,模块的体积大小影响它的使用范围。同样的,对于模块的硬件成本,也是文中设计需要考量的一个重要指标。文中通过选用低成本的跳频源器件结合STM32实现了集成式的本振源。文中使用一次变频方案,将跳频源与双通道变频组件相结合,在有效降低模块体积、提高模块集成度的同时,降低了本振源成本,从而有效地降低了组件的成本。通过将跳频核心板单独制作,降低了组件的装配难度,提高了生产效率,同时也便于后期的调试和维修。

       

      Abstract: For wideband RF systems, the integration of the module determines the size of the module, and the size of the module affects its use range. Similarly, the hardware cost of the module is also an important indicator that needs to be considered in this design. In this paper, an integrated local oscillator is implemented by selecting a low-cost frequency hopping source device in combination with STM32. Combined with the dual-channel frequency conversion module, it can effectively reduce the module volume and improve the module integration, while reducing the cost of the local vibration source by about 50%, thereby effectively reducing the cost of the component. By making the frequency hopping core board separately, the assembly difficulty of the components is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and it is also convenient for later debugging and maintenance.
