平面波生成器在非理想暗室环境的性能仿真及实验

    Simulation and Experimental Analysis of Plane Wave Generator Performance in Non-ideal Anechoic Chamber

    • 摘要: 相比于远场和紧缩场,平面波生成器(PWG)能在更小的测试范围内产生准平面波,但传统方法设计的PWG通常仅适用于近似理想条件下的大型微波暗室环境。本文采用非理想暗室环境测试的复传输矩阵优化PWG单元激励系数,经过建模仿真与实验测试对比后表明,PWG在非理想暗室环境中也可获得与理想暗室环境中相当的良好静区性能。

       

      Abstract: Compared with the conventional direct far field or compact antenna test range setups, plane wave generator (PWG) can generate plane wave condition with much smaller measurement range, but most of the designs are validated in clean and large anechoic chambers. Based on the measured transfer matrix for the non-ideal anechoic chamber, the PWG excitation coefficient vector is optimized. The quiet zone performance of the simulation and experimental data are basically consistent, which shows that PWG can generate excellent quiet zone performance as well as in non-ideal anechoic chamber.
