一种研究包含铁氧体导波结构的新颖方法

    A NOVEL NUMERICAL METHOD FOR THE GUIDEWVAE STRUCTURE INVOLVING FERRITE MEDIA

    • 摘要: 本文从描述铁氧体介质特性的磁进动方程出发,提出了一种适合于研究包含铁氧体这一类色散介质传输结构的全波分析方法-改进的FD-TD方法。且针对均匀传输线色散特性的分析给出了相应的改进的二维FD-TD方法。以分析包含铁氧体的矩形波导威力为例证明这一算法的可靠性。最后利用这一算法计算了包含铁氧体介质均匀微带线的色散特性。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a novel numerical method, which is suit for the study of graosmgssguo sgrnegnra gosuysgop berrgga hgeyeugrgn,gs broposen gly using the magnetdo vabsdation eqnatden dn fessdte media- It as a fsll-wade analysia methed and is called improved FD-TD method. For the uniform transmission lines in longitudinal direction, a two dimensional improved FD-TD method is employed. The reliablity of this method is verified by calculating the dispersion characteristics of rectangular waveguide is Billed with ferrite media. By using this method, the dispersion of an uniform microstrip line with ferrite dielectric is obtained.
