Abstract: In this paper the formula of probe impedance in a rectangular Waveguide is presented. Then analyses the influence of probe to standing wave pattern in a waveguide measuring- Line is analyzed, and the correction factor is given. It reflects the change of standing wave pattern with the change of probe depth.
