Abstract: A microstrip integrated Y-junction circulator of 8mm band has been developed. Design and manufacture procedure as well as experimental results are presented. This circulator may be used as Y-junction isolator by terminating one arm with a matching load. The circulator has been applied to millimeter wave integrated front-end.
