摘要: 本文提出了一种新型的光子带隙结构单元,利用其作为微带线的基板,可以在中心频率8.6GHz处观察到一个宽于200MHz的禁带。实验测试结果与FDTD的仿真结果相吻合。Abstract: A microstrip line with a novel photonic bandgap structural element etched in the ground plane has been proposed and demonstrated. Scattering parameters have been measured, and a forbidden gap, which is wider than 200MHz, has been observed at the center frequency of 8.6GHz. The result measured agrees with that of FDTD simulation.
