Abstract: Sampling plane truncation error is a very important factor of affecting the result in time domain near field measurement. In thsi paper, according to the character of time domain near field, and by means of PSTD algorithm and PML technique, a new correction method is presented, which is combined with the truncation error analysis in frequency domain measurement. Numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of this method.
