组合式非周期缺陷接地结构低通滤波器的分析

    Analysis of the Low-Pass Filter with the Combined Non-periodic Defected Ground Structure

    • 摘要: 利用时域有限差分法对非周期缺陷接地结构(CNPDGS)进行了电磁仿真,研究了由CNPDGS结构构成的低通滤波器的频率特性,并将本文分析结果与有关文献的测量结果进行了比较,二者一致性很好,从而验证了本文方法的有效性和计算的正确性。在此基础上,进一步研究了缺陷接地结构尺寸参数变化对低通滤波器特性的影响,并给出了低通滤波器频率特性随结构尺寸参数变化的曲线,设计了通带分别为0.7GHz和6.5GHz的低通滤波器。

       

      Abstract: The low-pass filter formed by the combined non-periodic defected ground structu re (CNPDGS) is simulated by finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method in this paper. The results of the simulation show good agreements with the results of m easurement in the reference. It shows that the analysis method and the calculati on in the paper are effective and correct. Furthermore, the effect of the lattic e dimensions on the characteristic of the low-pass filter formed by the CNPDGS structure is studied.The curves of characteristic varying with the dimensions are given. At last, low-pass filters with 0.7GHz and 6.5GHz pass-band are designed, respectively.
