Abstract: This paper describes a new spectral regrowth detection method and linearization technology of adaptive analog predistortion, applied in 5 watts adaptive RF linearized power amplifier of CDMA repeater. To effectively suppress the spectral regrowth in the adjacent channels, the 3th and 5th intermodulation distortions are separately improved by 8 dbc and 6dbc after adaptive detection and adaptive distortion control.
