一种测量天线罩微波电厚度的简便方法

    A Simple Method for Measuring the Electrical Thickness of Radom--Reflection Coefficients Method

    • 摘要: 提出了一种天线罩电厚度检测的新方法-微波反射式电厚度测量,给出了该方法的基本原理以及相应的测量系统。与通常天线罩壁电厚度的双探头插入相移测量方法相比,采用单探头测量天线罩壁复反射系数,通过复反射系数相位的变化了解天线罩壁电厚度的相对变化,大大简化了设备,降低了测量时对探头机械定位精度的要求,使测量过程简单易行。由于采用单探头,该方法还可测量双探头无法测量的复杂天线罩顶部位。

       

      Abstract: Measurement method is very important in radom producing and researching.To our best knowledge,the usually measurement way of radom is antenna-radom system parameter method and IPD(insertion phase displacement) method.It's not quite convenient in engineering application.A new measurement way of radom-reflection coefficients method is presented here.Through measuring the phase of reflection coefficients of radom wall,the relative change of electrical thickness of radom wall can be known and the radom can be tested and repaired.Compared with other method,it use only one probe,so this method operate easily,the probe need not high positioning precision and can measure accurately.Especially,this method can be applied by the tip position of a complex radom easily and the theory of this method can be used in lossless measurement of dielectric material as well.
