基于Minkowski分形边界的微带贴片天线

    On the Behavior of the Minkowski Fractal Boundary Microstrip Patch Antenna

    • 摘要: 对不同的迭代次数及缺口深度的M inkowsk i分形微带贴片天线进行了仿真,并取其中一组天线进行了实验测量。实验结果表明:与具有相同谐振频率的方贴片天线相比,2阶M inkowsk i分形(迭代因子为0.5)贴片天线尺寸缩减约10%,面积缩减约44%,并且分形结构对天线的方向图没有影响。因此,可以用M inkowsk i分形贴片天线取代传统的方贴片天线,以实现天线的小型化设计。

       

      Abstract: The Minkowski fractal microstrip patch antennas which have different indentation width and the number of iteration are simulated.The characteristics of Minkowski patches are demonstrated by experimental results: when the fractal iteration factor is 0.5,then the patch is 10% smaller in size and 44% in area than a conventional square patch,thereby maintaining a radiation pattern comparable to that of a normal square patch.The Minkowski fractal patch antenna can replace the traditional square patch antenna to reduce the size.
