高性能导弹天线罩测试系统

    High Performance Missile Radome Measurement System

    • 摘要: 为了满足先进的雷达导弹天线罩电性能测试需要,依据"电子定标"原理,通过重点解决检测函数的选择与实现、天线罩大转角测量和软件研制等关键技术,成功研制了一套高性能导弹天线罩测试系统.该系统具有测试精度高、天线罩扫描角度范围宽、测试曲线重复性好、使用操作快捷方便的优点.本文介绍了该测试系统的组成与工作原理,分析了研制过程中涉及的主要关键技术及其解决措施, 概述了系统达到的主要技术指标和某些突出特点.

       

      Abstract: To meet the measuring requirement of advanced radar missile radomes,a high performance radome measurement system(RMS) has been successfully designed and built in terms of the principle of"electrical calibration ",through solving the technical difficulties on selecting and realizing the system's detection function,enlarging radome scan angle,and developing software package,etc.The system has featured not only with high measurement accuracy for Boresight Error(BSE)) and a wide radome scan angle range,excellent repeatability for testing curves,and being convenience for manipulation.This paper introduces the system construction and operational principles,analyses the key technical difficulties and solving methods in the procedure of system development.Furthermore,the primary technique specifications and some significant system features are briefly summarized.
