Abstract: Design on the radome is a challenging task.Combined the design work on some type cabin radome,this paper analyzed the transmission characteristic utilizing the equivalent plane principle,then designed on the electrical aspect.Utilized the geometry optical-ray tracing method to analyze the influence of the radome on the antenna radiation characteristic.Offered the test curve of the pattern and the transmission rate,and met the requirement of the target.Now this kind of radome has been employed,and showed excellent performance.
