矩形波导谐振膜片的分析及其应用

    Analysis of Resonant Iris in Rectangular Waveguide and Its Application

    • 摘要: 利用模式匹配法(MMM)的基本思想并结合微波网络理论,对有限厚度的谐振膜片基本单元进行了分析,推导出了谐振膜片基本单元的高精度广义散射矩阵(GSM).在此基础上,作为应用实例,对一个三腔谐振膜片带通滤波器和一个阶梯阻抗变换器进行了分析,与此同时利用电磁仿真软件HFSS对所分析的结构进行仿真.在相同配置和精度要求下,分析所得结果与电磁仿真软件HFSS的仿真结果比较,吻合良好,而模式匹配法的计算时间仅为HFSS的三分之一,从而验证了此方法的有效性.

       

      Abstract: The resonant metal iris in rectangular waveguide,which has finite thickness,is investigated with mode-matching method.The generalized scattering matrix of the iris is derived.Based on the theoretical analysis,a three-cavity band-pass filter composed with resonant irises and a step impedance transformer are simulated respectively as practical examples.The results agree very well with that of HFSS and the calculation time is only one third of HFSS,which verified the validity of this technique.
