旋转四磁极磁化铁氧体中波的传播机制的研究

    Analysis of Microwave Ferrite Propagation Mechanism under Rotary Quadrapole Magnetized Field

    • 摘要: 从耦合波理论出发,通过讨论极化矩阵,分析了随着四磁极磁化场的旋转,铁氧体圆波导中的H11偶波和H11奇波间的耦合关系,并将ANSOFT软件中的3D仿真软件和HFSS高频电磁场仿真软件结合起来,计算出了极化矩阵及张量μ中的非对角分量随四磁极的旋转而变化的一组数据,仿真结果与理论分析结果吻合得很好.

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the coupled wave equations and the coupled relationship between two dominant propagating modes,H11 even-mode andH 11 odd-mode in cylindrical waveguide which was full-filled with ferrite material under rotary quadrapole magnetized field.This paper also carries out the formulae of the polarization matrix and the off-diagonal elements of permeability tensor,which are proved by simulation resultants using ANSOFT-HFSS and 3D software in such waveguide.
