Abstract: The paper presents the structure of one- and two-dimensional local oscillator arrays using injection-locking technology, and analyses the phase dynamics equations of the injection-locking local oscillator. Under steady and synchronous state the relation of relative phase shift between local oscillator signals and the free-running frequency of the VCO is derived. It provides the theory base for the local oscillator arrays of receiving antenna using injection-locking technology.
