Abstract: A serial circuit power divider prototype incorporate with a shunt circuit power is presented. With which an ultra wideband （UWB） four-way divider is constructed. Two types of the topology to realize the minimized UWB power divider are introduced. A power divider was simulated, manufactured and tested. The measured results show a good agreement with the calculated ones, verifying the design.
