Abstract: New antenna technology in TTC communication system are discussed.The present technical troubles and the corresponding measures to be taken are analyzed.The feasibilities of the proposed antennas including antenna arrays,digital multibeam antenna,and conformal active phased array antenna are investigated in detail.The development trends of TTC antennas are also discussed.Finally,the new directions and forms of the antennas such as smart skin,large-scale integration,ultra-wideband,miniaturization,and low RCS,are involved.The operating frequency bands will cover from microwave to millimeter-wave and optical bands.A variety of techniques will be combined to enhance antenna performance to meet the requirements of the users.
