色散介质混合模型的通用FDTD 方法
A General Method of Finite Difference Time Domain for HybridDispersive Media Model

摘要: 本文根据三种色散介质模型(即德拜模型,洛仑兹模型和德鲁模型)的介电系数线性组合可写成以j? 为自变量的分式多项式形式的特点,在文献5的基础之上,将移位算子时域有限差分方法(SO-FDTD)推广,使其适于色散介质混合模型电磁计算的需要。数值计算结果和解析解的比较说明了本文算法的可行性。Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the complex permittivity of three kinds of general dispersive media models,i.e. Debye model, the Lorentz model and the Drude model, may be described by rational polynomial function of j? ., theshift operator finite difference time domain method is developed to deal with the hybrid dispersive media model. Thenumerical results are in good agreement with the analysis results and show the feasibility of the presented method.
