机载毫米波天线罩的设计研究

    Study on the Design of Airborne Millimeter-Wave Radome

    • 摘要: 本文阐述了机载毫米波天线罩的设计流程和方法,并给出了四端口网络法和几何光学-射线跟踪法的基本原理和公式;结合工程实践,论述了毫米波天线罩的材料选择、罩壁结构形式选择和工艺精度控制等设计技术。完成了机载毫米波天线罩的实例设计,其实测结果与设计要求一致。本文对毫米波天线罩研制具有一定借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: This paper presented the procedure and method of design on Airborne Millimeter-Wave radome, and gave principle andformula of Four-port microwave network and geometry optical-ray tracing method. The paper also discussed techniques of theselection of radome materials,the selection of structure of radome layers and the control of precision for manufacturing. A radomewas designed, and the tested results were coincident with request. The paper can be a reference on design of AirborneMillimeter-Wave radome.
