Abstract:
A printed dipole antenna is presented with wideband and high-gain. The high-gain property is obtained by an arrayformed by two dipole antenna in the E plane. Microstrip line is used for feeding the dipole antenna which convenient for achievingimpendance matching and structure fabricating. After simulation and optimization, the designed antenna obtains the impedancebandwidth for VSWR<2 of 0.85GHz~1.9GHz with the relative bandwidth of 75.6%. Within the impedance bandwidth,bandwidth for gain>9dBi is from 0.95GHz to 1.65GHz with the relative bandwidth of 58.3%.
