北斗射频一体机模块设计

    Design of Beidou Radio-Frequency Integrated Module

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种新型北斗射频一体机模块的设计。为了减小北斗射频前端的体积,将原北斗通信系统中的低噪声放大器模块、调制解调射频模块和功率放大器模块三个部分合为一体,在各项技术指标不变的情况下尺寸缩小为原来的1/3左右。本文采用直接下变频解调方案,并通过在结构上的巧妙设计,很好地实现了射频前端的小型化、集成化,最终实物尺寸仅为65mm×55mm×16mm。测试结果表明射频一体机模块性能指标全部满足整机要求,可广泛应用于手持、车载、船载、弹载等类型的北斗用户机。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a design of Beidou radio-frequency integrated module is discussed in detail. In order to minimize thevolume of Beidou user equipment, the size of the new module is only 65mm×55mm×16mm by getting the lower-noise- amplifiermodule, the modulation-demodulation module and the power-amplifier module in the primal communication system together. In thedesign, a scheme of direct down conversion to demodulation is presented. And the miniaturization of the module is realization, by asmart design of the structure. All the test results meet the Beidou terminal specification. This module can be widely used in theBeidou user equipment.
