基于空间映射的RF MEMS 开关建模研究

    Research on RF MEMS Switch Design Based on Space Mapping

    • 摘要: 空间映射的思想是通过构造粗糙模型设计变量与精确模型设计变量之间的映射关系,获得合适的替代模型(校准后的粗糙模型),从而简化优化过程。本文针对电容耦合式RF MEMS 开关使用初始空间映射算法进行计算和优化,经过迭代,建立了精确空间和粗糙空间的映射关系,最终得到了精确空间优化设计值,利用此映射关系,可将精确空间的优化工作放到粗糙空间进行,从而大大节省时间和电脑资源。计算结果验证了该方法的可行性和高效性。

       

      Abstract: The theory of space mapping is to gain an appropriate surrogate model (aligned coarse model) by constructing aspace relationship between the design variables of coarse and fine model so as to simplify optimization process. This article appliesoriginal space mapping to capacity coupling RF MEMS switch to calculate and optimize, and after iteration a mapping relationshipis constructed and optimized design variables are gained. This mapping relationship enables the optimization work to be done incoarse space instead of fine space, thus time and computer resources are greatly saved. Computing results prove feasibility andefficiency of the technique..
