    Application of DGS for Design of Unequal Wilkinson Power Divider

    • 摘要: 本文提出了一种基于DGS(Defected Ground structure)的不等功分威尔金森功分器的设计,实现了1GHz-2GHz频段内不等功分比为1:5 。由于加工工艺的限制,微带线的特性阻抗最高只能做到120Ω-130Ω。在接地板上的DGS引入了附加的等效电容和等效电感,这样使得微带线能够实现高于180Ω的特性阻抗。本文针对未加载DGS 和加载DGS的威尔金森功分器均做了HFSS 仿真,均实现了1:5 的功分比。

       

      Abstract: The design of unequal Wilkinson power divider which is based on DGS is proposed in this paper. 1:5 powerdividing ratio is realized in the range of 1GHz-2GHz. As the process technology limits the maximum characteristicimpedance of the microstrip line can be 120Ω-130Ω. The DGS on the ground plane provides an additional effectivecapacitive and effective inductive components to the microstrip line. This enables the microstrip line to be realized with veryhigh impedance of over 180Ω.The dividers with DGS and without DGS are both made simulation by HFSS,having achievedthe power dividing ratio to be 1:5.
