Abstract: Left-handed material (LHM) is a kind of electromagnetic material with both negative permittivity ε and permeability μ . It has been studied much in relative field, since it was first prepared on microwave band in 2001. The microstrip antenna with LHTL structure as the feeding line is investigated systematically, and some unnormal characteristics are found. The research achievements will provide some reference for the microstrip antenna design.
