Abstract: Power amplifier is the vital parts of MMW transmission system. Recently,the recommend of linearity is higher and higher, but the research of linearization in Ka band is delayed relatively. During this paper, a millimeter linearization plan is introduced, predistortion technology is applied to produce predistortion signals, which are upconverted to the Ka band, and accomplish the linear amplifying of the millimeter power amplifier. According to the simulation, the third-order Intermodulation is improved by 10 dB and reaches the anticipated results.
