Abstract: In this paper, we firstly introduce the concept, architecture, features of the Direct Digital Synthesizer. The ideas and programs of digital microwave T/R module based on DDS are proposed in detail. Realizing transmitting DBF by using DDS，to realize all digital T/R modules based on DDS.
