Design of a UWB LTCC T/R Module

摘要: 本文介绍了一种毫米波超宽带LTCC 收发前端的方案设计。通过分析组件的各项指标，选取合适的芯片，优化系统设计方案。在方案的基础上完成电路仿真设计。在18-40GHz 的范围内仿真结果较好地满足了设计指标要求。

Abstract: A UWB LTCC T/R module design is described in this paper. Analyzing the indexes of the T/R, the feasible chip was chosen, and the scheme was optimized. Based on the scheme design, the integrated design was simulate and realized. The simulation results from 18-40GHz satisfied the design specification well.
