    Design of a Ka-Band Down-Converter Module

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了Ka 频段下变频模块的方案设计。通过分析下变频组件的各项指标要求,制定出可行方案。在此基础上使用ADS 等软件完成系统电路仿真,实现集成一体化设计,仿真得到系统噪声系数2.2dB,增益为66.7dB,输出P1dB为22dBm,杂散抑制大于70dBc,结果较好地满足了设计指标要求,最后给出电路加工版图。

       

      Abstract: Ka-band down-converter module design is presented in this paper. The feasible scheme has been designed though analyzing the indexes of the down-converter. Based on the scheme design, the integrate circuit is simulated and realized with ADS software. The simulation results show that the module has performance of 2.2dB of NF, 66dB of Gain,22dBm of output P1dB, at least 70dBc of clutter suppression. The simulation results satisfied the design specification well and the circuit layout is given.
