Abstract:
Ka-band down-converter module design is presented in this paper. The feasible scheme has been designed though analyzing the indexes of the down-converter. Based on the scheme design, the integrate circuit is simulated and realized with ADS software. The simulation results show that the module has performance of 2.2dB of NF, 66dB of Gain,22dBm of output P1dB, at least 70dBc of clutter suppression. The simulation results satisfied the design specification well and the circuit layout is given.
