摘要: 以S 波段、输出平均功率50kW 速调管输出腔为例,通过CST 软件计算输出腔表面电阻引起的功率损耗和漂移头截获的电子注功率;利用ANSYA 软件,模拟了输出腔表面的温度分布。通过改进冷却水路设计,相对有效地保证工程设计的可行性。Abstract: In this paper, the RF dissipation of the surface resistance was analyzed with CST code for an S-band high average power output cavity. The temperature distribution on the Output cavity surface was simulated by ANSYS code. The simulated results show that the maximum temperature in the output cavity can be lowered to the allowed range for the klystron operation by rationally designing a cooling system.
