一种相位检测阵列的设计

    Design of a Phase Detector Array

    • 摘要: 本文利用芯片AD8302,提出了一种新的信号相位差测量方案。这种设计克服了传统方法中测量频带窄的缺点,可以得到较为精确的测量结果。该设计称为相位检测阵列(PDA, Phase Detector Array),可以检测任意多路信号之间的相位差,其硬件电路简单,适用频率范围由低频至2.7GHz。通过“参考源比较”法可进一步提高测量精度。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a new design, named Phase Detector Array (PDA), for detection of phase differences of multichannel signals based on using the chip AD8302. Compared with the traditional phase difference measuring schemes, the proposed design is simpler in circuit structure and has very wide operating frequency range from low frequency to 2.7GHz. The measuring accuracy can be improved by using a “reference source comparison” method.
