Abstract: The influence of nonideal calibration Items on short-open-load-reciprocal （SOLR）calibration method to calibrate a four sampler VNA is considered in this paper .The expressions for the deviations of the error terms and of the measured S-parameters of two-port test objects from their true values are presented.Moreover,the data from simulation validate the expressions at the end of this paper.
