Abstract:
The reason of engendering range eclipse is introduced in the paper and the factor of affecting range eclipse is analysed. The range eclipse is serious in HPRF PD guiding radar, for this reason some measures must be taken. The present methods of anti-range eclipse are introduced and the defects of these methods are analysed. Based on the analysis, we draw a conlusion that the key point of anti-range eclipse is accurate range measuring. But for the radar with high PRF, accurate range measuring is realized by resolving range ambiguity. The methods of resolving range ambiguity are compared firstly. Then the fastest and exactest method for HPRF PD guiding radar is put forword. Base on it the method of anti-range eclipse for HPRF PD radar is designed. The algorithms are presented for two conditions, one condition is of no accurate range measuring and the other condition is of receiveing accurate range measuring. The algorithms are proved by simulation, and the effect of anti-range eclipse is good.
