Abstract: Choosing the right material of the substrate in polarization splitter is the main research in this paper.Different materials need to be considered with the computer simulations. Then the performances of these materials will be shown. A lot of works about the polarization splitter have been done previously. This time, the better capability and improved structure of the polarization splitter can be got.
