Abstract: Properties of Mn-doped garnet materials including YIG、YGd、YGdAl、YGdCaVIn are introduced in this paper.Mn has different effects on squareness ratio of garnet material. In some cases, Mn-doped garnet material is very suitable for S、C 、X band ferrite latching phase-shifter and switch whose squareness ratio is larger than 0.85,coercive force is relatively smaller and temperature stability is good .It has the advantages of smaller insertion loss and higher power endurance which can take the place of low magnetic moment lithium-ferrite material.
