Abstract: The optimal allocation of network defence resource is a problem that puzzled the defender for a long time. In this paper,The power function model that depicts network component’s vulnerability has been held up. The betweenness-weighted model that describes network risk has been put forward.An optimal method for network defence resource allocation has been given based on minimum network risk. It’is very important to solve network defence resource allocation problem.
