飞行器表面静电放电抑制的研究

    Analysis of the Suppression of ESD on the Aircraft Surface

    • 摘要: 飞行器在飞行中产生的静电放电(ESD),可使飞机燃油箱起火爆炸并干扰飞行器通讯和导航系统。文中针对飞行器上的静电放电展开研究,讨论飞行器上静电放电的抑制。由放电状态下飞行器表面电流密度分布验证了放电刷可以有效地抑制机体的静电放电,然后对放电刷的各个参数进行了比较得出较为有效的放电刷模型。其次讨论了静电荷在飞行器上所产生的辐射电场对机载天线的影响。对飞机ESD 辐射电场进行仿真研究,有助于飞行器外形的优化设计,能够很好地预测静电辐射带来的危害。

       

      Abstract: ESD (Electrostatic-discharge) caused by flight in the sky make the fuel tank of the aircraft catch fire andexplode which will disturb the communication and navigation system of the aircraft. In this essay, ESD on aircrafts isresearched, and the suppression of ESD is investigated. According to the imulation of the current density distribution of theaircraft surface, probe dischargers is proved to restrain aircrafts’ ESD. Then the size of probe dischargers which will contributeto the best model to inhibit ESD is analyzed and compared. At last, the effect of the electric fields caused by electrostaticcharges to the devices of the aircraft is studied. The simulation of the ESD radiation electric fields of the aircraft is verypractical to the optimization design of the aircraft, and will well predict the disadvantage of the electrostatic discharge.
