Abstract:
Crosstalk suppression is very important in signal integrity of PCB design. In this paper, thecrosstalk reduction effect of an additional track introduced between two parallel printed circuit tracks is studied, the additional trackis grounded by vias. And the maximum spacing of the vias is discussed in order to ensure the resonant frequency does not lie withinthe operating band of the circuit. With the electromagnetic simulation software, we get the S-parameter, the distribution of current indifferent situations. Using a square wave, whose risetime is 0.1ns and period is 1ns, we can make comparison of the crosstalk at theports before and after it. By this, we can find the crosstalk can be reduced by this way.
