摘要: 从磁控管色散关系出发,对其可能产生寄生振荡的模式进行了详细研究,并结合大量的磁控管EMC 实测数据进行了验证。在此基础上提出了针对问题频点的整改措施,通过小批量的实验结果证实在该频点的噪声水平可以降低7dB以上,从而将磁控管的EMC 高端测试通过率由原来的50%提高到85%。Abstract: A technique has been demonstrated to significantly reduce the noise level in magnetrons. This method employsthe dispersion relation of the magnetron to find out the possible interaction parasitic modes, and find out the solutions. Noisemeasurements are carried out with the microwave oven in the standard EMC test laboratory. The related noise reduction at theparasitic mode is above 7dB and these greatly improved the EMC test pass rate from 50% to 80%.
