基于叶脉的印刷电路电源板设计

    Design of Power Based on Plant Vein for Printed Circuit Board

    • 摘要: 芯片功能的增强需要庞大的电源分配网络。在低压源印刷电路封装中,电阻压降及 “乳酪”效应引起严重的电源完整性问题。混合信号系统中数字电路噪声必须隔离,以保证模拟、射频部分正常工作。本文提出基于叶脉的印刷电路电源板设计,本设计以分形理论、Murray 定律为理论基础。叶脉电源板能均衡分配电流和具有宽的阻带特性,仿真与测试结果表明设计的电源系统大大改善了“乳酪”效应及数/模间噪声隔离。

       

      Abstract: Increased chip functionality results in the need for a huge power distribution network. Lower supplyvoltage makes resistive voltage and “Swiss Cheese” effect very critical. In mixed–signal systems, effective noiseisolation between analog and digital circuits is required for correct action. In this paper, a novel power plane has beenproposed. The novel structure is designed based on leaf vein. The theory basis of the design is fractal theory and Murray’s law. The designed power network can produce uniform current distribution and wide electromagnetic bandgap. Our physical structures have greatly improved noise isolation and “swiss cheese” effect.
