隧道式微波加热温控算法研究与软件设计

摘要: 在分析隧道式微波加热系统控制模型的基础上,研究了对各节炉腔微波磁控管功率控制的控制率,从理论上分析了隧道式加热系统的特殊性以及单输入单输出模糊自整定PID 控制算法在本系统中的限制。根据隧道式加热系统的强耦合性,在模糊自整定PID 控制算法的基础上引入了模糊解耦控制算法从而减弱消除系统变量间的耦合,使系统稳定性增加。并在已有的硬件平台上对控制软件的设计进行了讨论,重点考虑了软件的控制效果与控制效率。Abstract: Single input single output fuzzy-self-adjusted PID algorithm has many restrictions when applied in tunnelmicrowave heating system because such system has close coupled property. Thus the algorithm of fuzzy decoupling is raisedaccording to the algorithm of fuzzy self-adjusted PID. Such algorithm can decrease or even eliminate the coupling of thevariables in this system. The stability of the system can also be improved. Discussion over the designing of control software isalso included on the basis of the existing hardware platform. The efficiency and effectiveness of the control software is mainly considered in this paper.
